2.6 more pounds lost!

Woohoo!! ::happy dance::

It was a such a great feeling to hear that today, especially after a rough couple of weeks. Apparently, some of my healthy habits really did stick, and I must have followed them subconsciously. I really needed this encouraging loss to give me that extra boost to keep going. :)

  4. I stumbled on your blog through IHMMB. (I'm lillegs.) I love your blog description! I've been doing WW for almost 18 months now, since right after Leah's birth. Before pregnancies, I've done it a few times 'on and off'.

    I've learned lots of things, but my favorite lesson after breaking program more than once, is "Fresh Fat Falls Fast". :) (Most recently when Leah was sick and a "weekend" turned into 10 days of no exercise and crap eating.)

  5. Thanks, lillegs! I'm working on getting back on track like I was. It's hard after the family gets hit by illness. That's what threw me off in the first place.

    I do hope little Leah is doing better.
